Please note we do not require a deposit for your booking, once we have received your requirements we will reply by email to confirm if the dates and room are available. We then ask all guests to re-confirm by email 48 hours before arrival to guarantee the booking. Check out time is 12.00 noon. Late check out until 6.00pm extra half day rate payable. Room rates include breakfast between 8.00 - 10.30am. Extra bed 300 baht. Children aged 1 - 6 years 150 baht extra.
